Dr. Dawood G. Dalaly M.S D.O

Owner/Injector

Dr. Dalaly is a Michigan native. He is a graduate of Wayne State University, where he earned his masters in medical science. He then attended Western University of health sciences for his doctorate in medicine and spent five years at McLaren Macomb finishing his residency in general surgery, through Michigan State University. Dr. Dalaly went on to the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida to complete a one-year fellowship and surgical critical care. There, he published on management of hand burns and wrote two textbook chapters in surgery texts. In addition he was chief resident and fellow at both institutions. He then moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana where he helped establish and grow a trauma surgery program, from 2013 to 2019, where he was the assistant ICU medical director and Chairman of the process improvement committee in addition to his duties as a general surgeon, trauma surgeon and ICU physician.

Dr. Dalaly’s coursework and injectable aesthetics includes aesthetic medical educators training and aesthetic skin Institute. He is up-to-date on all continuous medical education and continues to ensure his skill set is second to none, via education and attending the latest aesthetic conventions. He has a great relationship with other surgeons and plastic surgeons, whom he speaks with and discuss his risk/benefit of newest and latest trends and procedures. This translates into you receiving the safest and most appropriate aesthetic medicine!
After his tenure In Fort Wayne, he moved back to Michigan to be closer to family and open Blooming Beauty medical spa.

Darleen Shaba Dalaly B.S R.D.H

Darleen is a Michigan native who has a sincere interest in facial aesthetics. Since her time as a dental hygienist, she has mastered the art of Oral and facial aesthetics and is an expert in Botox, dermal filler’s and injectables. She has certificates in injection, is board certified in dental hygiene and an alumnus of the University of Detroit Mercy. With a background in head and neck anatomy she is truly the healthcare expert to make you feel and look your greatest. In addition with her background and skin care, she can help you look your greatest and youngest through correct use of skin care products and education. In addition to facial aesthetics, Darleen brings oral anesthesia to the Blooming Beauty practice, in order to ensure the most satisfactory pain management during any of your procedures!

Michelle Shaba B.A. Licensed Esthetician

Michelle grew up in Troy Michigan and is also a Michigan native. She has an extensive healthcare background that includes working at William Beaumont Hospital as a clinical specialist as well as a patient care coordinator at residential home health in Troy,Michigan. During all the above ventures, Michelle had an interest in make up and facial aesthetic’s. She started out doing makeup as a hobby, was wonderful at it, and recently graduated with her state board certification in aesthetics from the Michigan College of Beauty. On top of her Bachelor in Arts from Oakland University she is a master of aesthetics and a truly important asset to Blooming Beauty.
